UrbanGlass, an innovative cultural organization at the forefront of artistic expression with glass, is currently in search of an experienced professional to join our team as the Development Manager. This opportunity calls for a dynamic fundraising leader who possesses a commitment to cultivating relationships with stakeholders who share an ardent passion for supporting our mission.
As a vital member of our Development team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the grant life cycle, conducting prospect research, maintaining grant tracking calendars, and managing data in Salesforce. Additionally, you will provide event support for various fundraising activities, including the Annual Gala and year-end appeal. Your role extends to coordinating Board of Directors meetings, conducting donor correspondence, and staying informed about fundraising trends to enhance our strategies. Your contributions will be instrumental in connecting with diverse funding sources and ensuring the success of our annual fundraising initiatives.
